# Ecoinformática 2026 (Seville)

A one-hour hands-on workshop given at the **II Jornadas de Ecoinformática de la AEET**
(Seville, 2 October 2026). The material is **in Spanish**, because the jornadas were.

## Slides

<a class="reference external" href="../taller/">digdgeo.github.io/Ndvi2Gif/taller</a> — the deck
runs in the browser, arrow keys to move, `S` for the speaker notes, `F` for full screen and
`Esc` for the overview of every slide.

## Notebooks

Three notebooks, each opening in Colab with one button. They live in the repository, under
`workshops/ecoinformatica/notebooks/`, and are already executed, so you can read them without
an Earth Engine account — but to run them you need your own (the deck's first slides, and the
folder's `cuenta-earth-engine.pdf`, walk through getting one).

| Notebook | What it shows |
|---|---|
| [01 · ROIs y estadísticos](https://colab.research.google.com/github/Digdgeo/Ndvi2Gif/blob/master/workshops/ecoinformatica/notebooks/01_rois_y_estadisticos.ipynb) | The five ways of saying *where*, how much the reducer changes the map, the GIF, and a twelve-band raster to open in QGIS |
| [02 · Hidroperiodo](https://colab.research.google.com/github/Digdgeo/Ndvi2Gif/blob/master/workshops/ecoinformatica/notebooks/02_hidroperiodo.ipynb) | Flood duration per pixel over the Doñana marshes, cycle by cycle, 2021-2025 |
| [03 · Fenología](https://colab.research.google.com/github/Digdgeo/Ndvi2Gif/blob/master/workshops/ecoinformatica/notebooks/03_fenologia.ipynb) | When each crop wakes up across the lower Guadalquivir, as a raster rather than a curve |

The rest of the library — nighttime lights, fire, multi-sensor classification, water quality,
stable pixels — did not fit in an hour and is covered by the tutorials of this book.
